- 120 Pint Dehumidifier: AVAHUM DY120N commercial dehumidifier can extract 113 pints per day at saturation and 53 pints per day at AHAM conditions, covering areas up to 1,700 sq. ft and rapidly reducing humidity to comfortable levels. This cETL-listed dehumidifier features a durable metal outer casing designed to withstand rugged conditions, ensuring long-term use and easy maintenance. It's suitable for crawl spaces, basements, warehouses, offices, factories, shops, and storage areas.
- Convenient Usage: Dehumidifier can be easily set to your desired humidity level to effectively reduce moisture and eliminate odors. The Filter can protect internal components from dust when dehumidifying. The most convenient aspect is that you're not required to empty the water every hour like with typical household dehumidifiers. There's no internal water tank; it drains automatically.
- Automatic Defrost: The quick and efficient defrosting process truly enables the dehumidifier to function effectively at low temperatures (41 degrees Fahrenheit). If frost is detected on the coils, an automatic defrost cycle activates to prevent frost buildup and associated issues. This allows the unit to operate continuously without periodic stops during the defrosting process, saving energy and prolonging the unit's lifespan for continuous effective operation.
- Designed for Modern Home: We have crafted this professional dehumidifier specifically for crawl spaces and basements. Its compact size and sturdy handle make it easy and safe to transport, whether moving from job to job or between floors. Packed with special features, it's ideal for crawl spaces, basements, and commercial applications. These include an automatic defrost system, optional remote control, low-temperature operation, and CETL certification.

It operates quietly and efficiently, and within just 12 hours, our basement transformed from being uncomfortably humid to comfortable. It's one of the best investments we've made for our new home.
We had about 3 feet of water flowing under our house in the crawl space and we're nowhere near a river. Being concerned about mold we ordered this unit. It arrived fast! We set it up and in less than a week the moisture level went from 90% down to 60%. I'm so glad we got this, it was easy to set up and it drains the condensation away from the house. You can't hear any noise from the unit up in the house. I would recommend this unit.
We have a tough job site with a humid basement. The machine works very efficiently and can do the job. It also comes with a pump and defrost function which is a bonus.
It has been two weeks since I received it. I let it work for 5 hours a day in the first few days after receiving it, and it can pump up to 5 gallons of water. Now the weather is more humid, but my basement is still very dry.
Our basement has always had humidity issues, especially in the summer and after heavy rain. We used to run a smaller dehumidifier, but it was constantly running at full capacity and just couldn’t keep up. The tank needed to be emptied every couple days, the humidity never really dropped below 60%. After doing some research, I went ahead and got this commercial-grade dehumidifier, and the difference is night and day. Setup was super simple. I love that it comes with a built in pump and a long drain hose. I just ran the hose into our sink, and now I never have to think about emptying a water tank. It also has a 24-hour timer, auto restart (which came in handy when our power flickered). After a few days, the musty smell that had been lingering for years started to disappear. Now it keeps the basement around 50% humidity without a problem. The unit is pretty big, but the wheels make it easy to move around when needed. It feels solid and well built, definitely not one of those flimsy plastic models. It’s a bit louder than the small units, but that’s expected, and in a basement, it’s not something that bothers us. Overall, this has been a solid purchase. If you’ve got a damp basement and smaller machines just aren’t cutting it, this unit is 100% worth it. It’s helped protect our storage, keeps the space dry and usable, and saves me from constantly checking and emptying water buckets.
